My washing machine died and called Marcus and came on a Sunday to try to fix it. Although all the parts and labor were high he told us it wasn't worth fixing on a 8 year old washing machine, so we decided to buy 2 stackable front loaders LG loaders at Home depot.... Thanks Marcus for being honest and not trying to get over on us like other repair companies....
Marcus showed up during the time we scheduled and repaired my icemaker promptly. Service was great and the pricing fair. Will definitely use TC Appliance for future repairs. Mike R.
Alex came out and he troubleshooted my washer and made sure it was working properly.This is my first time using this company.And I will use them again , very professional and knowledgeable
