I’ve really enjoyed living at Portola. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they actually put effort into creating a sense of community instead of it just feeling like another apartment complex. The location is also hard to beat, having groceries, restaurants, coffee, and everyday necessities within walking distance makes life so much easier. Everyone in the office has been great to interact with, and I have to casually mention that the assistant manager, Karime, is uncommonly beautiful and somehow manages to smile with her whole heart every time you see her.
The maintenance man Pierre has been a true pleasure in making sure my apartment inquiries are always being taken care of properly, as well as punctually. He’s always very respectful when servicing whatever I need done. He deserves a true 5 star rating.
Nice complex with ample parking. The pool looks nice, they could police the grounds a little more.
