HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO MR. Fitzroy BROWN! 👏🏽👏🏽 On September 5th, around 11:00 p.m., our refrigerator/freezer began leaking. I called emergency maintenance, and Mr. Brown responded immediately. He worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and stayed with us until nearly 2:30 a.m. to make sure everything was taken care of. We had just purchased groceries that day, and unfortunately, some food was lost. However, Mr. Brown went above and beyond to help us save what we could and even arranged for a replacement refrigerator/freezer from another apartment.
Beautiful, quiet and well maintained. Office staff very welcoming and helpful.
Great place to live. Maintenance staff is kind, friendly and efficient.
