I contracted with Nick Tracey to perform work on my standing seam metal roof that was installed by a competitor. They did a nice job and I am satisfied and grateful that they were willing to do the work on a roof installed by others. They installed a snow rail, rehung a gutter, and repaired flashing around 2 chimneys. The original installer wasn’t willing to return calls and quote on these jobs. I regret not hiring Nick Tracey to do the initial install.
Nick Tracey Roofing : You were all that we could have asked for and more. It starts with Mike who sold us on your cutting edge installation, warranty and reasonable cost. Then today , D-day, with Project Manager Gage and his supportive hard working team who replaced the whole roof - house and 2 car garage - in just one day. 5 stars does not do it justice. Bravo!
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with our roof replacement. Brian, our salesperson, was great to work with—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Rick, our site manager, was exceptional. His communication throughout the installation was outstanding. He kept us updated during the day, shared photos as the work progressed, and made sure we always knew exactly what was happening. The entire crew was fantastic—on time, hardworking, fast, efficient, and professional.
