Horrible, overpriced, rude staff, and malicious, false charges during move out.

They suck, our apartment had roaches from day one that they’ve done barely anything about and they continually lose my mail it’s ridiculous

Honestly just a bad experience overall. No offense but the staff at the front desk are students who don’t know how to do much which is fair because I’m sure they have bigger things to worry about but what isn’t fair is that anyone higher up is practically impossible to get to. Whether it is several emails or even going into the office and being told “they aren’t there”. I have sent probably over 50 emails just to get small issues fixed and it’s been such an inconvenience living here. Not to mention the ridiculous overpricing of this place is gross.
