This was a great place when Natasha was still the manager. Everyone was professional, kind, and respectful. The extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational thing they hired as the new manger is not a good look for them. The first time meeting her I was yelled at and she ran into the assistant manager’s office like a toddler creating an unnecessary issue about my payment schedule (which has never been a problem in the entire year I’ve been here). What’s the point of a late fee if that’s the case? Even the staff don’t want to deal with her.
I absolutely love the Deco Apartment community! Pablo and Toby are excellent at their job. You can’t pick two better representative of your company here at Deco!!
Things were much better when Natasha was the General Manager. Since the change in management, communication has declined significantly, and the overall level of kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism has not been the same. The difference has been noticeable and has negatively affected my experience as a resident. In addition to these concerns, there have been ongoing safety issues in the building. I have experienced multiple package and grocery delivery thefts, which I have previously reported.
