We couldn’t be happier with the service from Bagby Elevator. Their team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented — our elevator is running better now than it has in the past seven years! They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. If you’re considering elevator maintenance or repair, stay away from the big corporate companies that try to lock you into long-term contracts with ever-increasing prices.
They always show up quickly and give great customer service.
Professional, courteous, quick response time, and great pricing. A combination you just cannot beat! Bagby has earned our business for years to come.
